Hoover washn dry hw6316m - stops mid cycle full of water ?

can anyone help me ?
ive had this washer dryer for 3yrs and its always been perfect but in the last 4 months the problems started it wouldnt dry things properly so we checked the filter that was fine then it started to stop mid cycle still full of water and not do anything even if you changed the cycle ?
but it only does that like every other wash ?
its seems to be a common problem but havnt seen any replies as to fixing it ?

Does it spin the clothes properly, if not check the motor brushes as if it is not spinning the majority of water out it will not dry properly.

If its not draining but the pump is running check the waste pipe end for blockages.
