My Hoover WE140 will not empty. It fills, washes but when it comes to empty (with about 14 mins of the cycle left) it stops. The outlet hose isn't blocked as the water drains under gravity when the hose is lowered. The hose isn't too high as it still won't empty if in a bucket. The filter is clear and I have replaced the pump thinking that to be the problem...but it obviously wasn't!!! Any ideas?
