Servis 1000 machine not emptying

Help! Servis 1000 washing machine is filling and then not emptying. Will spin if I empty via draining hose using gravity. Have cleaned filter. How do I access pump to see if blocked?
 
Follow the drain hose...it leads to the pump.
If there is no baseplate on your model it may be possible to access the pump by leaning the machine back against a wall.
