So we have a Worcester 35Cdi I boiler at home with no room thermostat connected. I've just bought a Horstmann HRFS-1 wireless thermostat and I want to connect it to the boiler.

First question:
230v or volt free connection?

Second question:
So I'm assuming 230v connection.
Live and neutral into the receiver live and neutral. No problem here.
What I need to know is what to run from the receiver to the boiler.
My boiler connections are:
NS
LS
LR
ST8
LS and LR are linked out.
I've added photos of the thermostat receiver instructions and my boiler connections to this post

Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

Remove link.

Brown - Com to LS.
Blue sleeved brown - NO to LR.

Connect the CPCs(earths) sleeved green&yellow at all points.

Thanks EFLImpudence

So reading your comments it seems that you suggest I install it for the volt free application instead of the 240v application?

Thanks.

I would as you have to run a cable to the boiler anyway.

You can use the link in the receiver if you want but it's just as well to keep it separate if you can.
