Hot and cold shower only??

Hi all,

hoping someone can help.
I had a orchard Wye thermostatic shower and recently the shower goes hot and cold. every other tap in the house runs hot water fine.
I changed the thermostatic valve but the problem still exists. I have boiler cover with Homeserve who are blaming the shower and said the new part is faulty, so I changed it again - same issue.

When the shower is turned on the boiler; Remeha Avanta exclusive 28c fires to 1, then 2 then then goes out. I have no idea what’s wrong?

Any helps would be appreciated. thanks

I’m not sure what you mean?

It was all working for 2 years when we got the bathroom done.

Does the shower run okay with a tap open? Hot
