hot/cold pipes into mixer shower

I have a mira 415 and it drips, we're not sure if it's fixable, so thought about a new shower. Problem is, the hot and cold pipes don't come out of the wall, they come straight down from the ceiling, which is ok for the shower we have, but I cant seem to find any showers that are like this. They all look like the hot/cold come from the wall. Are they specifiic showers, or do those pipe holes swivel round so that they will fit the pipes coming downwards. (I hope this is understandable?)
