hot water control

I have a hortsmann electonic 7 controller. an electrcian came round the other day he removed the progammer reset everything since then had no hot water. It maybe just that the controller is switched of but i cant find any pictures of how the switch should look. could someone plz help. Cheers

Do you mean the controller is still removed or

has he refitted it and now it doesn't work?

He has refitted it. its the switch im unsure about as there are no markings on the position how it should b.

I'm not sure why you haven't contact the electrician to come back and sort it out - or why he didn't test the system to your satisfaction before he left.
Have your read the manual EFL put up for you?
Have tried to reset the system by pressing Boost, minus, plus and select at the same time?
