Hi all. Hope you can offer some advice. We have a problem that the hot water flow to our bathroom sometimes stops entirely. The only way to get it going again is to run the tap in the kitchen forv25 minutes to get the air out of the system.
We have had many plumbers round yo try to solve this but they have all failed.
Any advice or ideas are really welcome.
Thanks
Richard

All I can say then Richard is you need to get a plumber that knows what they are doing.

Any quality, experienced plumber should be able to sort it out for you, even if they have to take your hot water (hw) distribution pipework back to scratch and put in a system that sorts out the air issue.

There will be a reason for it, pipework that should be level running uphill, (auto) air valves not installed, air being introduced via the cold cistern, etc.

Can I presume it is a cylinder that supplies your hw?
