Hi folks.
Had a new Viessmann Vitodens 200-w combi fitted just over a month ago.
All good, until a few days ago when the hot water has stopped working.
-Turn on the tap
-Water gets hot
-15 secs later, water is cold
-15 secs later, water is really hot
-30 secs later, water is cold and remains cold.
There are no error codes displayed.
Engineer is on his way and suggests a blockage in the plate heat exchanger? There doesn't appear to be any loss of water pressure though...
