Hot water in CH exspansion tank ???? New boiler.

Hi, first post, so hello to you all. Be gentle !!!

I recently had a new condensing boiler fitted (Ideal HE24), I live in a small 3 bed semi. Now I have noticed the exspansion tank is steaming in the loft, causing damp !! It never did it before, so what is the cause. I am no plumber, so laymans terms would be good !!

Probably piped up wrong especially cold feed & expansion
