Hot water mixer tap

I fitted a mixer tap last saturday working okay - just been contacted by the customer who has said that the water coming out of the hot side is not hot. Every other hot tap in the house is producing hot water from a combi boiler a Vitodens 100. The mixer tap replaced a 3 year old mixer tap. The old mixer tap had hot water spraying out like a garden hose - this is why it was replaced!

Any suggestions please?

Could be fault tap, crap in filter or some taps can be setup to diffrent temps when they mix the MI which came with the tap will tell you how to do this.
