The hot water flow has become very slow from the Roca mixer bath tap and shower. The only recent change is replacement of the hose from the mixer unit to the shower head. There were several days between removing the old hose and replacing it. All other hot water taps are OK. Is this an air-lock? How do I remove it?

It is slow out of the tap, and slower from the shower - but that must be due to the extra height.
The hose is a standard one from Homebase, 1.75m long. Externally it is about 17mm in diameter. Squinting down the hole doesn't give me an accurate internal diameter.
