I have a Baxi back boiler that works fine when Central Heating is selected but is very noisy when the Hot Water is selected. I get creaking and banging of the pipes from the boiler.
If I select the Hot Water and Central Heating at the same time I Do Not get any noise!! It only happens when the water is selected on its own. Can anyone help please. Could it be that the Hot Water circuit needs a flush?

What Bermuda model No. is it?

I assume it's gravity hot water?

I get hot water fine, very hot. Just the noise, the clanking is pretty bad.

My boiler is a inset 2, 50/4E My system is indirect pump fed
Thanks

Could anyone have 'tinkered' about in the airing cupboard & closed the hot water circuit balancing per chance (or virtually closed it) as your hot water appears to be circulating?
