Hot water not hot - Chaffoteaux Stirling PP

I have a problem with a Chaffoteaux Stirling PP combi boiler.

The boiler fires when I turn on the hot tap but the water is only about 35 degrees.

Pressure in the bolier is 3.2 bar, and the boiler is leaking water from the over flow.

Have the same problem with the central heating the boiler fires but does not heat the water above 35.

I have tried closing the link valve while the boiler runs, too reduce pressure and heat the water further. This had no effect over a minute or so.

Can anyone help?

sounds like a few probs . 1 filling loop passing. 2 poss ex vess reqs charging. 3 faulty primary thermistor
