Couple of years ago I moved both Hot and Cold water tanks, from inside the attic into the bathroom below.

I now suffer from very poor hot water pressure to all hot water outlets in the Bungalow.

The Hot Tank sits on the bathroom floor inside an airing cuboard. Would the pressure increase If I raise the tanks by 12"

The cold water header tanks need to be as high as possible to get maximum pressure.
Raising the main tank 12" would help, but not by much.

Run 28mm pipe from tank to bottom cylinder with 28mm gate valve, connect on to cylinder with a 1" by 28mm compression fitting, do the same at the top of cylinder 28mm pipe to the tee then 22mm for expansion and 22mm to taps that should help,I have done a few like
that in bungalows.

If your taps are monobloc mixers on flexibles, you've got no chance of decent flow with your current set up anyway.
