hot water problem

hi there

i have just moved into my house and i haver hot water downstairs but when i go upstasirs i have no hot water what so ever

my boiler is a BIASI 24S

can some one please give me some advice on what the problem might be and if there is an easy way to fix it

Diaphragm is probably faulty. It sits in the brass housing on the left.
