Hot water problem?!?!?!?

I am having problems with my hot water,whenever i run the hot tap it takes a while to get hot and then after a few seconds of hot water it goes cold again

The boiler is a Glow Worm 30CXi (condensing combi boiler)

Any help would be great...!!!

after it has gone form cold to hot and back to cold, does it go back to hot again?

not realy, doesn't go hot, only just warm?
