Can anyone help - i have problems with my Vokera Excell 80 sp. The burner will not come on when you run taps. The only way I can get hot water is to turn on central heating.

First of all you need to post this under 'Plumbing and Central Heating' not here in Appliances, to ensure you get the best people looking at it.
Sounds like your hot water cylinder stat is not working, check that no one has turned it down first, a normal setting is 50-55C and that it is being held tight to the side of the tank by its retaining strap.

this is a combi boiler so no water cylinder
I`m not a plumber but i had the same fault.
