Hi

I have reonvated my ensuite and the boos wanted to old electric power shower removed (hot/cold feed) and replaced with a mixer shower.

I told her that was originally replaced for a resaon (gravity fed system in a bungalow) but it was a must.

When I gutted room as i thought hot/cold pipes amended to suit the electric power shower.

New shower has now been installed and (mixer shower for all systems and to work for 0.2 bar) but water flow is not great to be honest.

So I have advised 2 options:

1. removed hot water cylinder and replace with pressureised system
2. intsall a hot water pump to boost all hot water taps/showers.

I am no plumber so what the best and most cost effective option?

I know both oprions for parts are around £700 as I previously got rough prices.

thanks
