Hot water without central heating

i've got a Danfoss thermostat control which usally allows me to have hot water separate from central heating but now the hot water always comes on no matter what (the timer system doesn't control this for some reason the thermostat control does, or at least did). I've taken the control box off and can see a bolt but don't know what to do from here on. Call i plumber i think somehow!

I would suggest you call a heating engineer!
