I have a 20 year old Marathon 100b. I recently had a downstairs toilet replaced and a new radiator fitted. I now don't seem to have reliable hot water. Sometimes if I turn boiler thermostat up to max water gets reasonably warm. Other times water cold. Any ideas?

if it worked before i can only assume its air that needs bleeding on the h/water circuit have you looked for air release valves on or near the cylinder
