Hi There,

We have a problem with our Hot Water.

We have a Worcester Bosch 350 Combi Boiler I dont know how old it is as we only bought the house last year and it was here already.

Our problem is when we turn on the Hot water tap for the bath it runs hot & cold but it is never really too hot, for example at its hottest you could still keep your hand in the water without burning it.

We also have a small toilet with washand basin on the same level as the bathroom and an upstairs toilet which has the same problem.

Thats how a combi is I'm afraid :(

Turn the tap down to reduce the flow and it should get hotter.

Failing that, you have a problem and need an engineer :D

It will give about 8 litres per minute of hot water at about 40°C.

If it goes hot and cold then the DHW HE is probably blocked.
