has a problem where it wont start straight away, the lights dont come on, i have to keep switching it off and on, reset it and keep pressing the buttons , it will eventually start, what could be the problem, it had a problem for a while where i had to reset it everytime it was switched on, but now it can take several minutes before it starts,
