While investigating something else I discovered the water entry rate is not much more than a dribble. It takes about 30 mins to fill.
The inlet filter isn't blocked, neither's the matrix on the left.
Mains is about 3 bar.
Seems to be restricted in the inlet valve then?
Should it take that long?

Chris, you could try disconnecting the pipe that connects the inlet valve to the soap tray - if its still a trickle, there's the problem.
Reminds me of a puzzler I had a few weeks back....the washer wouldn't fill and it turned out that the new fill pipe was blocked by a shard of plastic during manufacture. Could hardly believe it!
John :)

Dishwasher not WM John. Water seems to go in through a large matrix of tubery with mysterious siphons, on the left side. Couldn't find much in the way of stuff to block things.
I can't remember if it used to be quicker. Maybe there's a reason why it/they fill(s) so slowly.

Check the black hose on the base that goes from metering tank to sump. It gets blocked up with fat and grease.
