Hotpoint Aquarius WF101P Washing Machine

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WF101P Washing Machine which will not perform any of the wash cycles. The washer fills with water and rotates backwards and forwards and will do this forever (longer than the cycle). It doesn't take the wash powder from the draw either.

I have emptied the pump filter and found about £2 in coins.

I then tried another wash cycle and it just did the same so check filter but it was empty.

The only cycles that work are Fast Spin , Rinse and Spin (Which takes the wash powder from the draw) and Slow Spin.

I now have Reduce Crease, Rinse Hold, Mini Load and the On/Off Lights flashing and the manual doesnt explain what these mean.

f14 lights 1&2&3, dryer heater
f15 lights 1&2&3&4, dryer heater relay
f16 N/A
f17 light 4, door lock
f18 light 3 comms error (3 phase motor) power board

So i guess from that reply its the heater relay. So what does that involve. Is it easy to fix and how much would it cost roughly.

Thanks for that. I think it will more than likely cost me £100+ for buying the item, fitting and labour. My washer is over 3 years old so I am going to buy a new washer and I have seen one on the Dixon's website. It is a HOTPOINT WML520P White Washing Machine and it is a decent price.
