Hi, would not drain water away, now rinse aid light and eco light are now flashing any ideas please? its 3 yrs old

right good place to start to find a leak .make sure salt pot lid and seal are not loose also check botom spray arm fixing nut and the domed nut behind, that all in the base of the dishwasher .if all ok then you have leak underneath some where, remove base and tip foward slightly with a torch run it till you see water dripping from somewhere.
