Hotpoint Aquarius Ultima WT960 - Flickering display

The LCD display on the machine has started flickering and on occasions will not power up. I have followed the information on changing C17 on the main board, but I have a problem - There is no C17 capacitor on the board. I have looked at the condition of the board and all components, there doesn't seem to be any obvious signs of failure. I have identified a 680uF, 10V capacitor (C65), does anyone know whether this would be the right one to change. Many thanks for any advice.
