Hotpoint Aquarius WF541 - door lock

hi
Looking for some help with my washing machine. Basically it just died. Just 2 lights on :(. We rang the vendor and he said he thought it was the door lock. The door mechanism has 3 wires and we were wondering if there is any way to bypass the door lock mechanism using these 3 wires so that the machine thinks it's locked...

Got the PCB board replaced. That fixed it. Thanks again
