Hotpoint Aquarius WML520 not filling

Hi

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WML520 washing machine. When I try and use it the water is going through the dispenser and then draining straight out through the outlet hose rather than filling the drum to wash. I have checked the hoses and they all look OK and are in the correct position - they haven't been moved since the machine was first installed just over 2 years ago.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Any lights flashing. Also make sure drain hose is up at least a metre behind the mc as it could be siphoning
