HAVING RECENTLY HAD A SINK BLOCKAGE-WHICH WAS CLEARED-THE MACHINE WAS RUN ON A DRY CYCLE TO EMPTY THE WATER. SUBSEQUENTLY THE WATER TO THE MACHINE WAS TURNED BACK ON BUT NO WATER ENTERS THE MACHINE WHEN TURNED TO WASH. ANY IDEAS?

does water enter machine on very hot or boil wash programme if yes looks like a jammed cold water inlet valve replacemnt valve required if jammed. If this has just happened after turning off inlet taps turn off again disconnect cold water inlet pipe from back of washer place outlet in sink , turn on tap again to make sure water is arriving at the machine The plastic handle on tap sometmes strips
