Hotpoint Aquaruis FDW60 LIGHTS FLASHING

The 3rd and 5th lights on the panel are flashing. One is the Eco button but can't see what the other one is as it has rubbed out.
The machine is draining but not washing properly.
Can anyone tell me what the problem might be
