Hotpoint BWD12 washer/dryer inner drum removal?

Hi,
The inner drum on my hotpoint washr/dryer has come loose and jamming the drum against the outer tub.
I think it may be due to the screws holding the drum onto the spider bracket, either shearing off or coming loose.
I want to remove the drum.
I can't see how the front of the machine can be removed or will the drum have to be lifted out from the top of the machine.
Advice appreciated.

Hi Lexx,

This could be a case of one of the legs has cracking on the spider, causing the drum not to run true.

Don't bother the drum comes complete and the inner drum is sealed. And obserlete. Scrap time.

Thanks for the help.
I removed the drum from the top of the machine as a matter of interest.
As advised the drum sealed like a tin can.
Machine scrapped off.
