would you recommed me order a new board for him or could it possibly something else which i could try first any help would be much appriciated

C17 cap only works on wf and wd models. Yours is a wml. You fault is a blocked filter/ pump or waste spigot.

oh  thought id try it anyhow as its a 40 mile trip to his house ,in reguards to a blockage ive check every thing pump removed and all gaters checked and clean also outlet pipe clear ,could the inlet valve be faulty as i know he has a brand new one somewhere as his cracked before and i got him a new one but fixed his before it arrived but we couldnt find it tonight :(

Does it fill ,does it rotate does it empty very quickly cos that error code means is got a blockage. Did you check the sump the ball may have got stuck with a colour catcher or sock.

hi rocks no it doesent fill no water at all just the pump runs for a few mins before all the light starts flashing ,i did check and clean the ball and all the gaiters around the pump also blew and sucked to out left pipe :? which was clear and drums perfect ,im sitting here kicking myself now as i have the feeling im going back up there tomorrow to find that inlet valve which hes put somewhere

If the drain hose is not down too low and u have cleared all plumbing then u have a pcb fault. Call manufactures all in charge parts and labour £100.00

Make sure it's programmed to that mc , there's 5 different versions of pcb. If it turns up with a blank EPROM then you will need a smart card £10.00 and a card reader £120.00 to program it
