Hotpoint dishwasher 570 flashing lights

Yesterday we had the pump out as guided due to the formation of flashing lights.

Today we have a different formation of flashing lights and a dishwasher full of crockery with a film of dirt on it!!

I think the machine is washing but not rinsing

Flashing the rinse aid & salt light along with the start/pause

Help please
