Hi All new to the site is there an existing thread to look at with ref to my machine not emptying,and not taking softener?.Have looked through the threads but cannot spot a thread that relates

model no pls, and what do you mean by not empying water. in drum or soap dispenser. as for the conditioner clean the roof and the hole in the conditioner pot.

sorry a bit late back rocks i think its the drum that isnt emptying ,it seems a struggle to get into a spin because there is so much water in it.Took that black plug out of the front bottom right hand side and water comes out but not much.regards29

have you checked the other end of the waste pipe is it blocked at the sink spigot.

Hi again i am not quite sure what you mean ?.sorry about this but never had to deal with things like this before ,but do now.Are we talking somewhere under the sink?.I have checked the pipe that goes from the back of the washer that the rubber pipe from the machine goes into.

yes the grey ribbed pipe from washer to sink disconnect it from the sink and put hose into bucket ,then select spin does it pump out into the bucket fast .

Hi Again rocks .I am struggling with this one the washer and dryer are situated in the outhouse on the same wall as the sink(not my idea the ex other half) it is about 2.5 metres away but there is a blue and red flexi pipe leading to it but only the blue one is connected.Then i have the grey ribbed flexi pipe that is just dangling in an outlet pipe that goes off into the drain i have checked this,i have blew down the flexi pipe and checked the pipe that goes into the drain they are both clear,i know im being somewhat puzzled by this but if i can get the info from yourself i will sort it got to no option

the red and blue pipes are water inlet ignore these, the grey ribbed pipe is waste outlet .the waste pipe when put on spin should throw water out of that pipe does it ,if not the filter is blocked have you cleaned the filter at the bottom .ie looked into the filter on the front right undoing it will reveal any muck in there does it make a humming noise .

Rocks you are a true gent i followed the grey ribbed pipe put the machine on spin ,nothing came out.I then took the pipe off by way of a plastic clip, the crap that came out was unbelievable!!!!,and i thought that it was clear.Really cant thank you enough youre a good bloke !!!!.
