Our Hotpoint integrated fridge freezer has started to get a large build up of ice on the one side only of the back wall. I have to chip off the lump of ice every week or so. The ice builds up just above the right hand channel where excess water drains along. I have made sure that the drain hole is not blocked.
The appliance is approximately 10 years old and apart from the ice build up, it works fine.
Any ideas what causes this and if it is worth repairing?
