Hi

I've got an Electrolux ERN2920 http://www.kingdomappliances.co.uk/Electrolux_ERN2920_Built_in_70_30_Split_Fridge_Freezer_1730_d integrated fridge/freezer which is building up ice at the back of the fridge, this melts and is unable to drain away leaving a pool at the bottom of the salad drawers. The freezer is icing up too.

I'd like to replace it with another integrated fridge/freezer - what are my options, am I limited in anyway or can I just purchase another one in similar dimensions and split (70/30)? I asssume the kitchen door fronts can be used on the replacement fridge/freezer?

Cheers in advance for your thoughts.

On ours the cabinet doors are fitted to the cabinet (like any other cabinet), then there's sort-of sliding brackets which get screwed onto the fridge and freezer doors and fixed to the inside of the cabinet doors.

The sizes are similar but beware cos we found quite a few were deeper than could be fitted into our cabinets, or a few mm wider/narrower etc. Also note there's quite a difference in the capacities of different fridge/freezers. Also some fitted ones have fixings and a blanking piece somewhere which might need altering to fit.

You're best to measure what you've got against spec sheets of the one you're buying first.
