Hotpoint w machine LED lights flashing plse help

Hello.
I come here in desperation for some advise on my ageing (aren't we all) Hotpoint Aquar WF320 washing machine.
The led light panel,when started just flashes.The first time this happened it righted itself and worked,but now this morning it just wont right itself.I took the panel off to see if there was a loose wire....no....would it need a new circuit board ? any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Does every light flash. If so c17 cap on pcb is faulty.

Thank you for answering....yes they all flash...ok when I work that one out I shall try to sort it lol

Plenty of threads on the c17 cap cost is penny's.
