i have a hotpoint wf340 and a rat eat though the water supply pipe changed the supply pipe. now when i turn it back on the on/off light has a fast flash and the wash enhance light flashes slower.

i dont have a clue lol
first thing would be to assume its related to something you have done or the rat has done
i would have all panels off looking for damage with the machine unplugged of course
now if you are saying the the water is slower filling than before it can be a restriction in the flow like stop cock/valve not fully open if its the 1/4 turn sort then make sure its parallel with the hose or fully wound open if its a stop cock
if that dosn't work turn the water off remove the hose and look for anything restricting flow
blow into the hose [after cleaning the surface and running water through it]
