Can someone please help and tell me how to take the filter/pump off the wd420 washing machine, ive tried and cant do it and also how to replace the NTC as lights 3 and 4 and the on/off button keep on flashing
Remove the lower plate at the rear (normally one or 2 screws).
Inside on the rhs you should see a black rubber sump hose going from the underneath of the drum to the drain pump. Undo the jubilee clip on the sump hose on the drum. Inside you should find a plastic filter and sometimes a anti foaming ball.
