Hotpoint wd51a wont work at all!

Hi, I changed the interlocker on my sisters washers and now the washer doesn't work at all. Any ideas how to rectify this? _

Check the on off switch poss melted or burnt track in pcb.

Cheers, I disconnected the on/off switch and noticed it looked burnt on the connection point where spades attach to, went to the parts shop and was talking to the guy in there he tested it for me and said it seems ok but something could've went inside, i explained that nothing was happening at all when i switched on the washer after replacing the interlocker. He reckons 9 times out of 10 if its not the interlocker its the switch..... heres hoping, waiting on the switch getting delivered as werent in stock
