I have owned the machine for 30 months with no problems until whilst spnning at high rpm the thing knocks loudly. I have tried with a light load and is still the same. Without any load it is perfectly quiet. I can't see anything amiss after removing the top cover and the feet are adjuster correctly.

Just found bottom weight loose. All ok now thanks.
