Hotpoint WF530T - prewash light

Hi All,

Can anyone help me out?

The pre-wash light comes on and the machine will not progress to the selected program. The manual seems to imply that there is a water inlet problem but it does seem to be filling OK. Anyone got any experience of this before I commence strip down or call expensive engineer?.
