Have an error code F01 on machine fitted new double valve on cold inlet ,switched it back on nothing error code F01 on screen looking at other threads appears to be an engineer fix .

Paid £25.00 for washing machine engineer to tell me that machine was not working ,had two options If I had registerd hotpoint machine for free 5 year parts guarantee, only have to pay for labor (over £100.00) or purchase a new one, this breakdown has cost ££45.00 so far, cut my losses and Lady of of the house bought a new one .
