hotpoint wt740 fault code meanings

Hi, we have a hotpoint wt 740 which is showing a fault code of f03.
Does anybody know what this code means. and its remedy, I did hear it is an NTC fault, what does Ntc mean ? thanks in anticipation

Usually main board failure (board in bottom of machine at the back).
