I have a Hotpoint Auqaltis AQ9D 69I (digital LCD Display). Randomly at various stages through programs it will stop and the screen displays “F03”. When it displays the error the pump activates and drains the water out of the machine. The machine must be turned off/on again to start a new program from the beginning, sometimes it will work other times, F03 displayed time after time.
The machine also takes way longer than the “time to end” displayed on the readout.
I have checked the pump and all pipes for blockages etc., nothing found.

Indicates the following error;
NTC fault - temperature sensor detected as either open circuit or shorted
•Check wiring to temperature sensor
•Check thermistor
However I am not too sure if this is for my actual model of machine or not?
Has anyone got any ideas on what to check and or replace??
