Hotpoit frig/freezer model FFA74

We have bought this frig/freezer over 2.5 years ago. The motor is making noise but neither the frig nor the freezer are getting cold. Any idea please.

loss of gas or dryer faulty needs a poss regas nothing you can do .call someone, hotpoint will do it for 99.00 all in or scrap it .
