How 2 add 4 Outdoor bulk head lights-Total novice!!

I want to add 4 Bulk head lights to a long outside wall (60 watt each)

I have a mini CU in the garage which i would like to run the cable from.
This has two MCB 1: 6A Garage light and 1:16A for a double socket.

What is the right way to do this- my first thoughts where to change the single light switch for a double and run 1.5mm T&E to the lights in turn.

Is this right and will I need to change the MCB for a higher rating.

I am tempted to just get an electrician in but I thought this would be fairly easy for a beginner??

as you are not sure, you best get an electrician, also ideally it should all be in conduit
