How can I connect this to a hose?

I want to connect the following to a regular hose pipe (12/16mm):

ps. It's to fill an extremely large tropical aquarium, so temp is important.

If they're for British showers then the screw fitting will be half-inch BSP and you'd need a half-inch to hose adapter which you can get from plumbing places and garden centres eg

The other common fitting will be three-quarter inch BSP which is used on washing machine hoses.
