How do I attach a bannister and spindles?

So I want to attach a new bannister rail and spindles / balusters to the existing Newel post.

The length of the bannister rail will be 1.34m and I will be using 9 balusters / spindles.

The existing spindles were nailed into the floorboard and the mop hand rail.

Now I think I need the following

1) Half newel post attached to the wall.

2) Mop handrail

3) Base rail with fillets

4) spindles

How do I attach them all? Or are there kits?
